“My name is Ronald T.Chibowora a track and field athlete from Zimbabwe, specializing mainly in the Triple Jump.

I used to train individually, using only information I acquired from the internet, or from YouTube, however that did me little good, as I never really improved as a triple jumper, my personal best at the time, January 2019,being 14,04m.

 

That all changed when I came into contact with Shingai, as not only was he very patient with me, he also aided my technique as a jumper on a large scale. He not only gave me programs to follow, but he went out of his way to see that what I was doing was correct, be it my form in the air, landing technique or something as simple as my run up.

 

The end of the 2019 season, because of Shingai, I went on to break my high school triple jump record, with my new personal best being 14,51m.

 

I highly recommend Shingai Kusena as a track & field coach for any aspiring athlete. If you are an athlete reading this, engage with Shingai Kusena now!!!”

“During my track career l was just a mere runner until l met Shingai Kusena. His trianing methods and advice transformed from just an average runner to top level athlete one of the finest in my age group at the time.He emphasized on how l had to change my sprinting technique and when l grasped it l started running much better times.He helped me out with weightlifting and also with proper warm up drills and stretches.
