Vision

At AFSP we believe that setting goals, cultivating a healthy motivated mindset, and implementing specific programming achieves the best results. We do not promote or believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach, we create our programs based on the clients/athletes’ abilities and the goals they have set to be achieved. Therefore, our goal is to make sure we give you a REAL personal training/coaching experience to help motivate you by aligning your mindset with your goals and the use of our individualized world-class training programs whether it is 1 on 1 training or group training, we will help you get the best out of yourself and crush your goals!

Expectations

We also have our own expectations of our clients/athletes, these help us to make sure that as an individual you are also doing your part in the quest to achieve your goal. As a member, you are expected to attend or workout wherever you are at least 3 sessions a week . It is important that we keep track of our progress to make sure we are on track or to determine if we need to change something in the training program, diet or simply our daily routine. This will be discussed in our regular consultations with each client, set up according to your own availability where we will also conduct body comp measurements and weigh-ins. All progress will be recorded in your personal folder for reference throughout your journey.

All the above standards and expectations are designed to help you stay motivated and keep you accountable in order to help you achieve your set goals. So it is our duty at AFSP that we implement them in our system in order to keep our program high quality, world-class and also making sure we are meeting your needs and crushing your goals with you!
