Agility & Functional Training
The program is designed to enhance one’s ability to move quicker,more efficiently,with control and power in the movement. With the incorporation of functional training, you will be able to improve your coordination of different muscle groups by training them to move and work together at the same time. Your body will be able to move better and feel better performing different movements.These are important aspects in being a more functional and agile individual whether you are an athlete or non athlete. This will definitely be a game changer to athlete in all sports!
Speed & Sprint Mechanics Development
Speed is an important aspect required in many different sports or athletic activities. This program will be focus on developing the required components in achieving higher velocity quality sprinting such as force production, strength/power,explosiveness, tendon stiffness,relaxation,elasticity,quality mechanics etc. This cannot all be achieved without refining and mastering the right sprint mechanics therefore we will also break down through video analysis and teach you through our specific drills how to sprint more efficiently and faster!
Jump Training/Plyometric
Vertical jumping & Horizontal jumping are very important aspects to have in many different sports for example volleyball, basketball,baseball,football, track & field etc This program is designed to improve an athlete’s ability to jump higher or further through the use of very specific training exercises such as plyometrics with strength and power development to help recruit their fast twitch muscles and maximize their ability to generate the right amounts of force required to move their body mass vertically higher or horizontally further!
Partner/Couple Training
Our Partner/Couple Training program is designed for 2-individuals who are looking to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or simply to improve overall health and general fitness. The training programs will vary depending on the couple's goals. Sessions will be High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which are great for fat-loss, reduced blood pressure, better metabolism, improved cardiovascular endurance and more! There will also be strength based sessions that will dominantly include weight lifting to help improve strength levels, build muscle, promote better bone density and increased muscle mass. Functional exercises will help improve daily functional movements.
Strength & Power
This program is designed for both athletes or nonathletes, anyone trying to get stronger strength or more power. The program will provide specific focuses to both upper body and lower body strength. It will also be broken down into different blocks and cycles to help develop the body gradually and be able to fully maximize and tap into some quality strength & power gains. The power component of the program will be supplemented with some Olympic lifts and other explosive exercise to fully achieve power. The overall goal will be to harness both components by making sure we bridge the gap between strength and power in our clients for the best results because both work hand in hand!
BootCamp
Get results in just 4-weeks and get ready for 30 minutes of an intense, full-body workout! Our classes are limited to 15-people per class and includes time for cool/down so you'll get the full-body workout within 45 minutes. This class will assist with losing weight, functional movements, tone arms/ thigh/ butt, build strength and endurance, and overall improve mobility.
